For years, s/v Windward (usually in conjunction with the Watauga Lake Sailing Club) has hosted a Summer Sailstice raftup on Watauga Lake, Northeast Tennesee's (with a little help from TVA) stunning gift to sailing, generally in an easy-to-access location. This year? In the spirit of adventurers nearby and farther flung, we're going to amp it up a bit and circumnavigate. Mark that calendar "busy" from Friday, June 22 through Sunday, June 24 as you join us in your sailboat to mark the S(ai)olstice with a full(ish) circumnavigation of Watauga Lake. Two nights! And we've found that's more than twice the fun.
