Now in our 5th year, sailors from DIYC rally from our club to Sail Pavilion in downtown Tampa to showcase our sport to the public. The sail up the channel is challenging and fun. We raft at the Pavilion so people interested in sailing can mix with our crews. This is a great way to expose people to sailing and racing. The rally starts around 4pm and boats leave Sail Pavilion by 7pm to return to the club to continue the solstice celebration. Everyone welcome to participate in the sail, or just meet at Sail Pavilion.
