Great Sailstice Sailing was had in Texas!

The day was hot and sunny, and nine sailors from South Coast Sailing Club spent a pleasant afternoon sailing from Kemah Marina to Galveston Bay and back, before spending the evening together with dinner and drinks.

South Coast Sailing Adventures' event/club coordinator, Janayn Evans, sent us some happy snaps of the crew enjoying their Summer Sailstice festivities.

The South Coast Sailing Club is a part of South Coast Sailing Adventures in Kemah, Texas, and incorporates the South Coast Sailing School which earned the title of "ASA Outstanding School for 2006".  (Incidently, the American Sailing Association (ASA) has around 300 sailing schools world wide.)

Apparently these sailors enjoy such gatherings on a regular basis, plus they sail daily from the Kemah Boardwalk Marina.

Might have to move to Texas!
