June 22 is now just over four months away and we're getting excited for Summer Sailstice 2019.

This week, as we welcome back more of our longstanding Summer Sailstice supporters we're inviting you to sign up and add your sailing plans now, and be in the running for an 'Early-bird' prize - we have three to give away!

How will you celebrate the arrival of the summer sailing season? Racing, cruising, day sailing, all three or more?

Whatever you decide, make it a part of Summer Sailstice 2019. If you've signed up for Summer Sailstice in previous years remember to log back in now to renew your registration and ensure you are eligible for prizes from our excellent sponsors and prize donors. 

If you're unsure about how to celebrate the commencement of the northern hemisphere's summer sailing season, help is at hand. There are already a number of individual and group events signed up for the June weekend and maybe you'll be inspired what some of these sailors have planned. Here are a few examples: 

Del is looking forward to a rerun of 2018 with a sail to Half Moon Bay, CA. "On Summer Sailstice 2018 we enjoyed sailing from Pt. Richmond, CA to Pillar Pt. in Half Moon Bay on Saturday and return on Sunday, our plan is to make it a annual event each year for the Summer Sailstice. Any & all are welcome to join us, we leave Brickyard Cove early!"

Alan is racing from Astoria, OR to Victoria, BC in early May. Then cruising between Olympia, WA and the Gulf Islands of British Columbia till mid August. "Call me on VHF if you want to hook up. Vessel name is Thirsty."
