It's time the sailors on Kentucky Lake start a new celebration, "Sailstice". This is an invite to a non-denominational (club) rendezvous at Sled Creek on the longest day of the year. The purpose of the event is to see how many sailboats we can get to campout at Sled Creek. There is no raftup planned. There are no activities planned. You know what to do. Invite your friends and help yourself. This invitation promotes nothing. If you have a sailboat at Kentucky Lake, and you want to anchor out on June 20th, , we would be happy to camp out along with you in the anchorage in Sled Creek. We'll have NO food or beverages to share. Bring whom and what you want. Hopefully you'll throw the sails up during the day and enjoy sailing on our beautiful waterway. With your help, this can be the start of a new welcome to Summer tradition.
