Are you still undecided about how to celebrate Summer Sailstice?
Here are some interesting plans and events that are registered for the 17th annual Sailstice celebrations.
Cruising Australia's east coast…
Harland will be sailing somewhere off the East coast of Australia between Darwin, in the Northern Territory and Sydney, NSW. Australia is a big place, so when Harland says somewhere, that’s probably as accurate as we can expect.
Here’s a bit of perspective for you - a rough route comes to around 2600nmi.

Windseekers Smith Creek Roundup
The Windseekers Blokart Landsailing Club are hosting a Landsailing rally on 7 miles of dry lake bed at Smith Creek, near Austin, Nevada.

Jezsu is the only Jesuit High School in Hungary, and is working with 700+ students in the middle of Europe. After a parent gave the school a MacGregor 26m., this Salty Priest decided to teach his students the art of sailing, with a Summer Sailstice celebration on central Europe’s largest lake - Lake Balaton. Check out the waters they have to play upon - although the video is about lookout towers, I'm sure you'll get the idea...

Out on the water, Northern Division
Young & Salty aka Fiona McGlynn and Robin Urquhart hope to be basking on a South Pacific atoll in time for this year’s Summer Sailstice after sailing their 1979 Dufour 35, MonArk, across the Pacific through March/April.
“We always celebrate winter and summer solstice in our family, one of our traditions is to make origami boats and float them off to sea. For our first summer sailstice we're hoping to go for a sail and end the day with a beach cook-out and campfire. Hope to see you out there!”

Gulfstream Sailing Club Cruise to Stiltsville
Gulfstream Sailing Club is inviting members to join their annual cruise to Stiltsville, and spend the night docked alongside the houses on stilts in the waters about a mile offshore from Miami!
