The Mississippi River and its tributaries are in flood, so many boats at the LaCrosse Sailing Club are on high ground for the 2014 Summer Sailstice. But the high waters didn't keep members of the Club from gathering for an International Moonlight Dinner. Beautiful Bordeaux and luscious crepes were served by Jean Luc. Music by Under Paris Skies performing Euro café music and gypsy jazz - imagine a sidewalk bistro, Paris, 1930's... accompanied the meal and soothed the sailors on the shores of Lake Onalaska.
