Early-Bird Winners Receive Navionics Charts and Summer Sailstice 2017 Burgees

Do you have your Summer Sailstice 2017 Burgee yet? How about a Navionics 2GB Custom Chart?

We’ve hosted a few mini competitions recently inviting people to sign up for a chance to win some ‘Early Bird’ prizes. In mid-April we invited you to sign up and register your sailing plans to be in the running for a Navionics 2GB Custom Chart. Gary, Nicole, and Tom were our first 3 winners, and now, here are the other 3 winners…

David has signed up to celebrate the Sailstice with his family aboard their Catalina C320 MKII, Emily Ann, in what he calls the San Juan Shuffle. “This year, for summer sailstice, we are going to sail her up to the San Juan Islands. Reid Harbor will probably be our most distant destination.”

Lorie is joining friends at the Clinton Sailing Club and sailing her Pearson 30 out of Cedar Island Marina for a Raft Up at Duck Island off Westbrook, CT.

Gerald is sailing out of Liberty Landing Marina, New Jersey aboard his Hunter 36' FREEDOM. "Every year I have been sailing NYC harbor for the Summer Salistice...."

And our 2017 Burgee winners?

Andy and George have each won a 2017 Summer Sailstice Burgee from North Sails, for answering the call to sign up with their Hunter sailboat

Andy from Missouri sails his Hunter 240, Liebchen II, with the Lake St Louis Sailing/Paddle Club, and George sails his Hunter 29.5, Aerie on Lake Perry Kansas.

David and Robert are Hobie sailors, and they’ve won a 2017 Burgee for signing up with their Hobie.

David from New Jersey sails a Hobie Holder, The Fixx, and Robert gets out on the California waters aboard his Hobie 18.

There are only 4 weeks left until we hoist our sails and celebrate Summer Sailstice 2017! Keep an eye out as we bring you the latest updates and opportunities for some more Early-Bird prizes.

In the meantime, make sure you’re signed up, renew your registration if you haven’t yet, and add your sailing plans to be part of the biggest global sailing celebration afloat! #howwillyousail

A big Sailors-thank you to Summer Sailstice sponsors Navionics and North Sails.
