Sailstice Sail aboard the Frog Prints

9:00am, Saturday June 22nd, 2013

Ahoy,

The crew of Frog Prints is going sailing on 6/22! Part of what we do is have be safe, have fun, and teach others the fine nuances of our boat during races, trips to the San Juans, Gulf Islands and Elliot bay Races.

In addition Frog Prints has been known to sail as part of events held by Frog Prints E!, a non Profit organization that supports Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math by partnering marine and educational organizations to use sailing as the experiential method to teach STEM for 5-7th graders. We just finished a 5th grade 4 week learning module that ended in a 2 day sail for 16 5th graders at Seattle Girls School in partnership with Windworks Sailing. Planing for School year 2013-2014 has begun. For more information about Frog Print E! see: https://www.facebook.com/FrogPrintsE
