We’re doing it again: yes we are crazy enough to show outdoor movies on the longest day of the year – why not?
We’ll have more light for entertainment and dinner before the show!

6:30 –  8:30pm  live music in the Gazebo and food and beverages for your picnic in the meadow
musical entertainment by Mill Valley lyrical songstress Lucia Lilikoi from 6:30 to 7:30 and folk/country singer Marty Atkinson from 7:30 until 8:30

movies at dark 8:30-ish:

“Racing with Copepods”
Twelve middle school youths take a sailboat racing course and study the fastest animal on earth, copepods, small crustaceans found in almost every body of water and serve as a food source for birds, fish, and whales. The students learn sailing and connect with the natural marine world and become advocates for its well being. You can see the film here

“Cape Horn Passage
In Schooner Wander Bird”

This movie follows Wander Bird’s voyage from Gloucester, Massachusetts to San Francisco via the notoriously treacherous Cape Horn under the command of Captain Warwick Tompkins, Sr. The ships’ crew of 10 included the then four-
year old Captain Tompkins. Nearly 78 years after the voyage, filmmaker Oleg Harencar has collaborated with Tompkins (now 83) on a new version of the Cape Horn passage.
