Calling All Pirates and Wannabe Pirates!
Please join us for our 4th annual Summer Sailstice and unsanctioned Salute to Sailing. We will again meet at high noon at (or near) the Super Dock to share and enjoy an eclectic meal. If you want to dress up, then order your fancy Summer Sailstice T-shirts early for best color selection. Of course, black eye patches and standard swashbuckle gear are always in fashion. Please bring a large covered dish to share with your hungry dockmates. The Meat will be provided. All club members, as well as invited guests, are encouraged to enjoy the fun, food and frivilous activity. Please take the time to RSVP on this site so we can get an accurate headcount (and qualify for a nifty nautical PRIZE).
This year (weather permitting) we are actually determined to sail our boats and "show off" our excellent sailing skills to a national audience via a video on the Summer Sailstice media network. Upon returning from the high seas of Canyon Lake we will conduct the very serious Rum (and Tequila) Tasting Event at the same location. New for 2017 - a megaphone to announce the Taste-Off winner!
So it's EAT, SAIL and TASTE FOR 2017...WE CAN DO THIS! :-)
