Pacific Northwest Jeanneau Rendezvous returns to Poets Cove
If you’re a Jeanneau owner in the Pacific Northwest it sounds like you’d be crazy to miss a return trip to Poet’s Cove for Summer Sailstice. Located on Pender Island in British Columbia’s Gulf Islands, Poet’s Cove is a complete luxury resort with a 110 berth 
marina.
It’s been the site of many past, successful Jeanneau rendezvous held on previous Summer Sailstice weekends. The long days of summer are particularly bright in British Columbia and the sailing in the Gulf Islands is some of the best in North America.
What’s going on for the Jeanneau Rendezvous in Poet’s Cove on Summer Sailstice? They’ve got a full schedule of events so you can take advantage of some great sailing, some terrific spa life and enjoy life aboard your Jeanneau. Looks like the Pacific Northwest Sailors are doing Summer Sailstice right.

Friday June 22, 2007 - Moorage check-in with Poets Cove Marina Office, Rendezvous Registration onboard one of Marine Servicenter’s new “STOCK” Jeanneaus
7:00pm - Dock party, casual buffet appetizers & salad on the dock / fuel float area Poets Cove Resort Marina. Rendezvous Wine Tasting
Saturday June 23, 2007 - Breakfast
10:00am – 12:00pm – Seminars (approximately 45 minutes each) –Marina Pool - Poets Cove “Jeanneau – New Model Evolution” Presenter TBD - Jeanneau America Inc. Annapolis, MD.
“Sail Trim for the ‘Parade’ Enthusiast” – Presenter TBD – Marine Servicenter / Fraser Yacht Sales or
10:00am – 12:00pm – Jeanneau Scavenger Hunt
Meeting place: Head of the dock.
12:00pm – Picnic Lunch by Poets Cove catering - Choose from assorted sandwiches, fruit, drinks, etc
Location: Head of dock, socialize and eat lunch on dock / boats.
12:30pm – 3:30pm – Annual Jeanneau Parade of Yachts & Summer Sailstice sail-off – destination & details TBD at Lunch on the dock. Don’t forget to register for more prizes at http://www.summersailstice.com// or..
12:30pm – 3:30pm – Resort Activities (swimming, spa, hiking, relaxing, horseshoes, etc.) - On your own
3:30pm – Annual “Ambidextrous” Theme Party – sponsored by Corbett Platt & Crew
2007 Theme: “New York / New York - Manhattans” ...What will Ambidextrous look like this year...?
4:30pm – The Great Dinghy Race! Bring your dinghy, bring your blindfolds, bring the kids and the crew.
Leave your engines, bring your team navigation skills, and get ready to have some FUN!
Location: Poets Cove Resort Marina –Start line just off the inner Rendezvous Dock.
5:30pm – Water Taxi and/or Shuttle from Poets Cove (Happy Hour while we travel) to the: 2007 CAN/AM Jeanneau Rendezvous Wine Tour, Tasting & Dinner (see attached)
Location: Morning Bay Vineyard and Estate Winery, North Pender Island, BC.
8:30pm – 2007 CAN/AM Jeanneau Rendezvous Door Prize Extravaganza!
Location: Morning Bay Vineyard and Estate Winery
9:30pm – Back to Bedwell via shuttle and/or watertaxi
On your own - Cocktails, Pub, Bed
