US Sailing offers racing rulebooks and t-shirts US Sailing, the membership organization of sailors founded in 1897, will be awarding to a few lucky sailors the current 2005 rule book, plus a couple of Dave Perry highly recommended rule books (Understanding the Racing Rules of Sailing Through '08), and a couple of US Sailing's red, white and blue logo T-shirts.
US Sailing has long helped encourage sailing, instruct new sailors, guide racing, created and awarded safety programs, developed the US Olympic team and numerous other things to support the enjoyment of sailing for all sailors.
The US SAILING mission is to encourage participation and promote excellence in sailing and racing in the United States.
